If the sealer turns white as it can do, strip all off and start over.
I applied the "thin" coat I was told over and over to do at the concrete supply around here.
Unless I went too thin, but I won't use this again.
I love this product.
We have a colored concrete driveway and a darker stamped sidewalk.
We have used this product for the last 11 years.
We re-do it every other summer.
We have NEVER has any issues with it.
If it yellowed or cracked it was probably not applied correctly.
Do not apply it too thick or else it will peel or flake off.
We do take the time to prepare the surface.
Acid wash to get off anything so there won't be any issues.
Also if you do it in hot weather it won't last.
I must respectfully disagree with the reviewer.
The contractor who poured my stamped concrete patio applied Super Diamond Clear sealer to it.
It probably did help with the curing as I have no cracks, HOWEVER~ 2 years later, this product did yellow horribly and develop a nasty white haze.
If I had to guess, I would say it was 50-60% transparent, but like looking through very cloudy amber.
In other words, I could see about 50% of the original color through the white yellowy haze.
It looked like my patio had cataracts.
It is a messy nightmare to remove it … Read more » Beware do not use this product.
Gave it a second chance.
It turned my beautiful red Arizona stamped concrete patio into a milky white mess.

Decorative stamped concrete poured and seal with euclid super diamond clear May 2014 green, white, black can Then it was resealed May 2016 with euclid super diamond clear white can.
After about two month decorative stamped concrete appeared with a white haze.
I called the guy who did the second coat and he stated to try a treatment of xylene.
After 1st initial try with xylene it seems to work, but after a few weeks same white haze appeared.
So I tried 2nd treatment of xylene with same results.
Yesterday I ran into the guy who resealed it now he … Read more » You cannot fix this by adding more sealer of any brand super diamond clear vox top of the white haze.
Need to strip it all off and start over.
Diamond Clear is a solid acrylic sealer.
It is not breathable and can be prone to the white haze.
We suggest the Super Seal 25 or Super Seal 30.
These are breathable styrene acrylics that are not prone to the white haze issues of solid acrylics.
Like I mentioned previously, you cannot fix your issue though by adding a better sealer on top.
You need to remove and start over.
How to exactly remove and start over?
Could i try using the xylene and pressure washing after?
Or do I find a sealer stripper and pressure wash the surface?
I'm not sure what sealer stripper to use that does not come in a 5 gallon can!
Thanks for your help.
I'm guessing the concrete guy who I used doesnt know much about the sealer.
Xylene will not strip it.
You will need a sealer stripper.
We use the Clemons Concrete Sealer Stripper and heavy pressure washing to remove.
Where can I find this?
Does it come in a container less that an 5 gallons?
I only have 200 sq ft to strip Can any floor stripper be used to strip the sealant?
I've seen some at Lowes that said can be used on concrete for acrylicbut was not sure about it?
I'm waiting to hear back from Clemsons to tell me where can I find there product for sale.
Seems like everything I see is a 5 gallon bucket.
Is Clemson the only one you recommend?
Or can you tell me another one similar to use?
We have tried others but the Clemons seem to always work.
Make sure you have a good pressure washer to remove after applying.
Never tried the Glaze n Seal stripper so unsure about how effective it is.
Did I make a mistake in going with the Clemons Supreme Shield SB-600 over the Super Seal 25 or 30?
I decided I wanted a wet look instead of a gloss.
I just received my order today.
My plan is to strip the sealer 1st with the clemons then apply sealer a few days later.
What would be the name of the degreaser?
I've done some stripping and still some white afternit has dried.
I'm not sure if I need to strip it again.
We use Clemons Cleaner Degreaser but any brand should work.
It does not remove old sealer if that is still there.
Is there anyway I can upload a picture on here to show my results?
I'm not sure if I need to strip the section again or use a degreaser?
Order the Clemons stripper and decided to go with the Clemons Supreme Shield SB 600.
I decided to go with the wet look.
I'm looking forward to seeing no white haze!

Would you choose the Masonry Saver over the Super Diamond VOX in terms of wet super diamond clear vox />Thanks I have been sealing my patio with Super Diamond Clear.
This past April it didn't take so well.
I think i might have applied it too thick.

It does not just go away and adding more later one will compound the issue of build up and too many coats.
I have used this product for many years.
Every year requires another application because the exposed aggregate surface becomes discolored as though a light coating of light brownish mud covers the entire surface that was coated with Super Diamond Clear.

We were sold Euclid diamond clear 350 which turned dark we were supposed to have clear.
How can we either remove or at least lighten our concret driveway?
It is normal to darken the color with these products.
To remove you will need a concrete sealer stripper and a pressure washer.
We use the Clemons Concrete Sealer Stripper.
It almost looks as if the areas of high foot traffic did not take the sealer or it did not make the colors pop.
I have only put one coat on the patio.

Have used it with a brush every year since 2007 on my stamped patio.
No fading on discoloration.
But it does NOT last more than a year.
I would give it an 8.
Would consider a rival product if it would last longer.
It was sealed with Super Diamond Clear and seems to have held up pretty well.
However, it is on the south side of the house and gets full sun all day long.
I was going to reseal it again this fall just to keep it looking its best.

Guys staining deck above exposed aggregate concrete dripped stain on the patio.
The patio is sealed with super diamond clear and they tried to clean it up by using paint thinner and a wire brush…now I have patches that are a dull white color in several places on my patio.
The deck guys said they contacted the super clear folks and they said just to clean and re-seal those areas… should I trust this or does anyone think this doesn't sound right?
Thanks for any advice here… I had my stampcrete porch sealed and there are white areas that came up right after it was dried.

I just receintly poored a new floor in my garage and sealed it with two coats of Super Diamond Clear and was wondering about using an anti-slip agent.
It seems like this shouldn't be an issue I was just wondering what would be the best way to go about applying this?
I've heard I will have to loosen it up a little with xylene.
Now 3 yrs later 6 yrs ttl need to seal again.
At 3 it is basically gone.
Live in Dallas Texas and had an aggregate pool deck poured, what is the best sealer to use giving a wet look?
Will i need to add an anti slip agent being that it is aggregate?
Is it easy enough for me to do myself.
Michael, I would look at the SuperSeal 30 and adding a ant slip will help with the pool area.
Yes you can easily do it yourself.
